Florida law makes the staffing agency the employer of record for all placed workers. Your WC policy covers injuries at client sites, not the client's policy.
Premiums are based on the actual work performed at the placement site — not your office operations. A placed electrician uses code 5190 ($2.969/$100), not 8810.
Your premium is calculated from actual payroll by class code. Pay-as-you-go options are available so you pay as workers are placed, not based on estimates.
