Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you re-enroll. No Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile information (including phone numbers and messaging consent) is never shared with third parties for their own marketing use. Your mobile number may be shared with our SMS platform provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, subject to Twilio's own privacy policy.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Bright Coast Insurance.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Quote request data is retained for up to 3 years. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with CTIA guidelines.
