1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at brightcoastins.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

This Site is provided by Bright Coast Insurance for informational purposes only. The information on this Site does not constitute insurance advice and does not create an insurance policy or coverage. All insurance products are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policy.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site.

3. No Insurance Coverage Created

Submitting a quote request, contact form, or any other inquiry through this Site does not bind coverage, create an insurance policy, or guarantee the availability of any insurance product. Coverage is only effective upon issuance of a policy by an authorized insurer and receipt of required premium.

4. Accuracy of Information

Bright Coast Insurance makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this Site, including workers compensation class codes and rates. However, rates and classifications are subject to change and may vary by insurer. Always confirm current rates and eligibility with a licensed agent before making coverage decisions.

5. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including insurance carriers, client portals, and partner services. Bright Coast Insurance is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and data, is the property of Bright Coast Insurance or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bright Coast Insurance disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Coast Insurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on any information provided herein.

9. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Bright Coast Insurance operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients. The following terms govern your participation in this program.

Program Description

The Bright Coast Insurance SMS program is used to send the following types of messages to opted-in recipients:

  • Insurance quote follow-ups and coverage recommendations
  • Policy renewal reminders and expiration notices
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Certificate of insurance (COI) issuance notifications
  • Payment reminders and billing notifications
  • Service updates and important policy changes
  • Responses to your inbound inquiries

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Bright Coast Insurance by:

  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on any quote or contact form on our website (the checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to consent)
  • Verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call with our team
  • Texting a keyword to our number as part of a keyword opt-in campaign

Opting in is voluntary. You are never required to consent to SMS messages to receive a quote, access our services, or complete any transaction with Bright Coast Insurance. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests, and policy status. You may receive up to 5 messages per month under normal circumstances. During active quote or renewal periods, frequency may be higher.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Bright Coast Insurance does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel your enrollment in our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@brightcoastins.com or calling (239) 475-0361.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any text message for assistance. You will receive a response with our contact information. You may also contact us directly at support@brightcoastins.com or (239) 475-0361.

No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information (including phone numbers and messaging consent) is never shared with third parties for their own marketing use. Your mobile number may be shared with our SMS platform provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Bright Coast Insurance.

11. Changes to Terms

Bright Coast Insurance reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
